In the future, if you and/or telophase are ever in the city where I am working a librarian, you will have to come in and do an event with the anime/manga club that I will no doubt be running.
I don't know any about the first question. About the second, I answered Bleach :). And other for Naruto or Furuba but you maybe don't read those two so... Bleach would be great anyway ^^.
I'm the other- sorry! I would buy pretty much anything you guys made, but I don't think western is up my alley. (Though I would probably buy it anyway.) However....if you ever consider doing Hellsing or Saiyuki Doujin/shi I would also buy that. (I don't know how you feel about the copyrights and such.)
Manga other- Have you ever read Hana-kimi? I was thinking you did, but I may be confused.
I'm always for more good stories about adventurous, intelligent girls! I don't think there are anywhere near enough action stories with girl protagonists. I marked Circuit Rider too because I love historicals. Yes, I know the Old West is usually more legend and less historical, but I can dream -- humor me! ;)
On the second poll I marked your two favorites because a) reviews about something the writer loves are always more fun to read, and b) I liked the concepts that were sort of implied by the titles -- animal stories and possible philosophical/religious exploration. Of such silliness were my choices made. ;)
I am also very interested in PBR, Spindrift, and Butterfly Kick, but I wanted to check the all-girl scientific adventure one about three times, so it seemed more accurate to just check that one.
Pretending for the moment that the answer does not involve either Sanzo or Mello or both of them, a doujinshi with Zedekiah in the setting of Dogs in the Vineyard (http://www.lumpley.com/dogs.html)! Guns, preachin', emotions in turmoil, teenagers with the power of life and death, and tough moral quandaries.
Someone's already done Dogs Flash Animation (http://www.browserbeware.com/images/dogs.html) but as far as I know, no manga yet.
But mostly, all-girl scientific adventure experimenting on Mello.

Stephanie drew him, and we decided that he deserved a manga.
