Adrian and I go fly a kite

I wanted a photo of him in his adorable Radar O'Riley glasses. Unfortunately, he absent-mindedly took them off before we took the photo.

I made this! There is whipped cream incorporated into the batter, as well and layering and icing the cake.



We went to the beach and flew a kite. It was a very special kite, stable at three feet off the ground! Adrian said the maker was later hired by NASA.









I asked Adrian what we were doing in military-speak. He said, "We're operating a navigational weather device."

I licked my finger and stuck it in the wind. "You got it," he said.
