Hahah, NO.

It's a book on vampires, done in the creepy crawliest way (okay, I'm exaggerating, but it felt very much like it at the time). Then again, it *is* by Scott Westerfeld, so it is also pretty awesome despite the eeeuw.

Aw, I ate that stuff right up. Especially the endnote section, where it's all just "And this thing can kill you THIS way! And don't ever pee in a river in Brazil!!"

I mean, also, in sexuality textbooks, I'm the one who opens the book to the STD pictures right off the bat.
