I have asked for both tricks and treats for all of these as I don't draw sharp lines between them. Any tone is fine.
I've requested just fic, but would be delighted with art treats.
This year Trick or Treat has an option where you can treat people with unrequested things if they agree beforehand. I agreed, and would be delighted with any treat based on prompts I've made in any past exchange, including non-Trick or Treat ones. You can see these by clicking on my "fic exchange letter" tag. Specifically for Trick or Treat: I'd be delighted with a spooky version of any of my previously requested canons.

General DNW: Issuefic, real-life terminal illness like cancer (non-realistic stuff like super-soldiers with a limited lifespan is fine), dementia and brain damage, A/B/O, PWP (porn without plot), unrequested change-the-setting AUs (canon divergence AUs or anything I requested for AU Exchange or specifically mention here are fine), non-canon human pregnancy and babies or a heavy focus on canon human pregnancy or babies (alien lizard babies, adorable kittens, etc are fine), infantilization, extreme body horror, and the gross kinds of bodily waste (blood, sweat, and tears are fine). Please no death of requested characters or characters who don't die in canon unless I specifically say it's OK for that canon.
The Punisher (TV 2016)

I like all the Punisher characters in the tag set so feel free to include any of them.
I would love to see Frank dealing with a supernatural or otherwise strange/horror/fantasy situation (other than canon MCU superheroes). Frank in Derry or Salem's Lot? Frank as a werewolf (ideally the more old-school kind where it's painful and angsty and maybe you have amnesia)?
If you're familiar with C. J. Cherryh's Finisterre: The Nighthorses, I'd love to see an AU of Frank as a rider.
Otherwise, I would love anything at all, ideally with some hurt-comfort.
Mrs. Pollifax - Dorothy Gilman

I would love to see Mrs. Pollifax investigating or caught up in a supernatural situation. Mrs. Pollifax in a haunted house? Mrs. Pollifax in a haunted circus or spooky carnival? Mrs. Pollifax in Derry? Mrs. Pollifax forced to impersonate a psychic and tell fortunes as part of a case? Bring it on!
If that doesn't appeal, I would enjoy anything with her and ideally a bit of adventure.
Canon-specific DNW: Anything permanently bad happening to Mrs. Pollifax.

I've also read and love the book, so feel free to mix-and-match canon. What I definitely want you to stick to movie canon for is them not forgetting at the end. I especially loved movie canon for adult Richie, Stan, and Eddie, and Eddie and Richie's relationship. I also liked what I took to be the implication that this Richie is Jewish.
I would love anything exploring the Losers as a group or any of them as individuals, pairs, or smaller groups. I ship Richie/Eddie and Mike/Bill, but I'm fine with all intra-Loser relationships. If they're still kids, I'd prefer no more than hammock-wrestling and initial-carving levels shippiness.
More hammock & shower cap-esque childhood hijinks? One or more of them time travels into the Derry's past and runs into an earlier incarnation of Pennywise, or into a bad future where Derry is even worse? Canon AUs where no one dies, or where different people do? The adult Losers have an orgy to affirm the power of love and connection and escape the sewers and/or to prevent themselves from forgetting each other? Mike left Derry, and someone else stayed? Some of them run into each other as adults right before they meet up in Derry? Groundhog Day in Derry? Or just a little glimpse into their future lives, moving on.
