I've had $23 burgers and $20 breakfasts that looked like that (although tasted better than what you're describing), but only in the technical sense because for six months starting from September 2018 I was traveling (and therefore in a hotel) a minimum of every two weeks, and you know how hotel food prices are...:/ So sorry.
