When making chocolate souffles late at night when people are sitting around waiting for them to rise and at a high altitude, it is advisable to actually turn on the oven.

Ha ha! That overshadowed the moment when my rootbeer attacked me and poured itself up my nose. And its repeated earlier attempts to overflow out the top of the bottle, causing me to desperately apply my mouth in what was apparently an obscene manner. I am sure someone else will report on that.
