Any couples in Los Angeles?

I am desperately seeking an LA couple for a questionnaire for my psychological testing class!

I need to interview the couple in person and have them fill out a questionnaire. It should take about half an hour to forty minutes. I will buy you both lunch or coffee.

- Must be available before about 4:00 PM TODAY or TOMORROW.

- Must have been a couple for at least six months.

- Must be willing to let me know about your couplehood. No detailed questions about your sex life, but the questionnaire asks about stuff like how satisfied you are with your sex life, your time spent together, how you handle your finances, etc.

We're a little far out for you, I think, but if you get desperate - tomorrow we will be going to my mother's house (in Long Beach) for a barbeque, and you are welcome to swing by and interview me and BB, if a lesbian couple counts. (Going somewhere else won't work, even if I could get out of a barbeque on the earthling's birthday, because nowhere else would we have access to a person who could entertain the earthling for forty minutes while we answer your questions.)

Any luck yet? If not I do know one couple in the area and could ask them, but I don't know them super well and they live in Woodland Hills which I am not sure is that close to you (but I have a very poor grasp of LA geography).

No luck yet, but I've got calls out to two couples. If I get desperate, I may do it over Skype.

Skype sounds like a good idea. Let me know if you get ultra-desparate. :)

Hey you, if you end up going the Skype route Kelly and I will be around tomorrow (I should be home from work by 2:30 at the latest). Also, we're totally willing to be interviewees if you need us in the future.

Also, also, we need a visit soon for totally ridiculous tv and movies and stuff. OMG TEEN WOLF. There are so many traumas there for you see. Seriously. :D

Sorry I missed this; if you need help again, you're welcome to call. We'd probably scare your profs though - both leaning toward genderqueer, he's hetero, I'm bi, and we're openly polyamorous.

Thanks! I will keep you in mind for next time. The professor isn't terribly conservative, but sadly polyamory appears to be terra incognita for abut 90% of everyone I've met at Antioch.

(My reactions to that went like this: 1) WTF! 2) I feel bad for poly people trying to get therapy for anything, 3) I need to put "I welcome polyamorous clients" on my website, when I'm a real therapist, 4) I wonder if doing so will make it significantly easier to find clients than it usually is for new therapist.)
