The load on the archive this year is scary to contemplate. The next day or two will tell the tale...I just hope it isn't a horror story!

I finished my official Yuletide story but answered as if for the unofficial gift!fic, about which I really am terrified.

I finished my story (which sucks irrevocably, but there's nothing I can do about that now...) and now am desperately trying to make this HTML work! I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right. But maybe I'm not. Why are you doing this to me, Yuletide?

BEARS are always terrifying, and since the Boston area is now covered in snow, they're probably hiding in it.

But my lack of Yuletide-related terror is strongly linked to how I'm not actually participating in Yuletide (other than reading the stories), so perhaps my vote doesn't count.

I finished, but I'm No Less Terrified.

There is actually a PJ Harvey interview on YouTube in which she admits to being afraid of BEARS. Quite matter-of-factly. I just haven't been able to find it again.

There is also a really strange sixties acid-rock song about the danger of bears--I heard it on Dr. Demento long ago--but I don't know who sings it.

Frustration. BEARS.
