Being eaten alive by hyenas is less painful than you would think.

I recently had the delightful experience of dipping into a recipe book which includes instructions for surviving a cobalt bomb.

It has 380 pages, starting on page 5. Give me a number between 5 and 380, and I will give you a quote from that page.

... I am deeply suspicious of this recipe.

(How does van Leeuwenhoek come into it? I don't see how anyone could cook microbes...)

On the contrary, microbes play an important role in the preparation of many foods! Dairy products. Probiotic supplements. Fermented foods like sauerkraut and salami. Alcohol.

That is a point! (I had the image of frying one in a microscopic pan, since I was trying to figure out how to connect the fellow to the bologna...)
