I arrived in San Francisco and was picked up by ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
oyceter and fannishly. We stared at a very cool exhibit (in the airport!) of early movie-making devices and mini theatres and other theatrical optical illusions, including one involving rats that appeared to run away from a spinning disc, and I repeatedly tripped oyceter with my suitcase (accidentally.) Then we got very nice burgers and an Oreo mint milk shake at the Creamery, then went to their place where I played with Fitz-Rat and Fool-Rat, who are adorable and very friendly. I will try to put up some photos of me playing with them later. Also tried two BPAL scents: Embalming Fluid, which is nice and smells like grapefruit zest, and DeSade, which is supposed to smell like black leather and actually smells like uncured hides-- ewww.
