Another Thanksgiving Family poll

It seems that Simon Tam is widely desired as a big brother. I agree, but suspect that Dean Winchester is laboring under the handicap of people wanting a non-sibling relationship.

I am amazed at how many people think King Lear would be an acceptable father, even given the alternatives. I note that many of the alternatives might cause more psychological scarring, but at least you're less likely to end up dead if your father is, say, any character from Lost. I do really regret forgetting to put Aaron Echolls on the bad dad poll.

Finally, I am vastly amused at how few people thought that having one's mother die flaming on the ceiling was the most traumatic maternal event that could happen. Saiyuki for the win!
