It seems that I am eligible to make Hugo nominations.
1. If I were to attempt to nominate manga, would I do so under "related book" or "short story," or should I stick to "best artist?"
2. Has anyone put together any kind of handy long list of notable works that are eligible, as I can never recall what came out in what year?
