Snow!

I'm in Mariposa, and it's snowing! Snow is falling in visible snowflakes! I have never seen snow fall before. It's very exciting. I may get snowed in, but I have enough books and food to last me for quite some time, not to mention my laptop.

We went to Yosemite yesterday, which I saw with snow for the first time. It looked like The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. We saw a bunch of completely fearless deer and a very well-fed and fluffy coyote.

Snow in Yosemite

Snow!

Snow is falling in bits of fluff, in flecks, in long curls like white feathers. If I look upward, the snow is dark against a white sky, descending like a swarm of bees.

My car is covered in snow.
