I'm all in on making do with what we have this year. I'm going to print out a picture of a shankbone if I have time. I think I'll be able to do a socially-distanced apple handoff from my inlaws for the charoset. If not, well, there's a story about Jews who didn't have fruit in some time of need. Charoset is symbolic mortar, so they used a real brick. If necessary, I will place a Lego on my seder plate.
