There is one commercial audio-book publishing house that takes pride in having all pronunciations correct: look up obscure vocabulary in a dictionary, ask the author about words invented for that book. It's a marketing point, for them as distinct from all other audio-publishers.
Alas, I am remembering from comparing a bunch of advertising flyers about two years ago, and I don't remember which one it was.
