* A yarn store opened up near my favourite cafe and I'm going to take my spinning wheel down and learn how to STOP SCREWING UP my beautiful batts of wool. * the owner will come set up my loom for only $25/hr (yes, this could mean $100, but MY LOOM) * I found a therapist on my side of town who looks like a non-crackpot, after 10 years (no, I am not kidding) of looking for someone, ANYONE, who didn't want to realign my sub-atomic subconscious by making me sniff things. * I started writing poetry again. * My government is doing what it should, but I'm sad that the GG just prorogued Parliament instead of kicking the bully PM's ass. * The Green Party remains awesome, and the Liberals, NDP, and Bloc are behaving like adults. * We're tight on money but I can still do amazing things with leftovers and a can of gravy. * My teenager said that her favourite part of the day is coming home after walking the dogs and walking into a house that smells like home, knowing her dinner is cooking. She said, "I always stop right when I open the door and take a deep breath."
