Yes-- The Sword of Mary: A Sequel. ('A Sequel' is actually the subtitle.) I don't remember it terribly well, but Becca goes to the city, which does not have organized rape-fests but does turn out to have a slave class of 'whorebabies, and also kills fertile women. And then ISTR that she eventually goes back to the farm and takes revenge on Absolom. I think? The two books are muddled together in my memory.
