It was the worst turbulence I ever experienced, and I spent the last half hour of the flight locked in the bathroom throwing up, with the stewardesses screaming at me to get out.
I had a flight like that once, not due to turbulence but rather a bad reaction to the pain medication I was taking for my kidney stone. I cannot recommend the experience.
I'm glad you had a good time after that - God knows you deserved one! The costumes look great.
