I have twenty-one Fullmetal Alchemist figurines on my desk, carefully arranged by color, size, and relationship on the show. None are duplicates. Also fuzzy chibi Riza Hawkeye and Roy Mustang guarding each windowsill.
Even more disturbing: I am eagerly awaiting Trading Arts Three. I have no idea what will be in it, but I assume the rest of the Deadly Sins (I particularly covet Greed), probably more of the soldiers (Havok!), and miscellaneous characters, most of whom would be spoilery to even mention, but I would really like Martel. And [spoiler] Tucker. And [spoiler] Envy.
What's so irresistable is the level of detail. Izumi has individually textured dreadlocks, a wedding ring, and a sandal falling off her foot. The silver ones have beautifully rendered shading. The faces look like their faces. These are the Platonic ideal of action figures.
I still do not have General Bradley, Winry fixing Ed's arm, and kid Ed, Al, and Winry. Clearly a trip to Kinokuniya is in order.
