I don't know if these are connected or not; they all happened more or less simultaneously.
1. Norton internet security is telling me that it has failed to remove a high-level threat, a "packed generic."
2. I can't connect to their online help. They do not seem to have any non-online support.
3. I also can't log in to two different sites requiring log-ins that I've normally been able to log into. One is a business site for my business, one is the net cafe's wireless. When I try, nothing happens for ages, then I get a "site not found."
4. I can log into other sites, like gmail.
