I wrote four stories this Yuletide.

On Wings of Song, for basketofnovas (slashmarks). 4000 words. Dragonriders of Pern, Mirrim/Menolly. Canon AU.

Menolly's life takes a different path.

I hold with those who favor fire, for Rubynye. 323 words (Yuletide Madness). Firestarter - Stephen King.

Who's got their hand in the oopsy jar?, for pariahsdream. A Simple Favor. Emily/Stephanie. Explicit.

It was like Emily’s breasts secreted perfect martinis instead of milk. Magical martinis that transmitted themselves straight into your bloodstream without having to pass your lips. With her fingers on the magic martini nipple, Stephanie lost the ability to form sentences or say the word no.

I'm sure some people thought you wrote "Parts Unknown: Bajor". I actually didn't but now I get to go see who took inspiration from your excellent example!

I really liked the Mirrim/Menolly and Firestarter fics! When I wrote for Firestarter I found these hints about Charlie and the sun in the future in the book, and wanted to do something with them but my story didn’t go that way - great to see you picking them up!

Re; Firestarter: That is such a haunting moment in the book. I was trying to think of any situation where Charlie might actually try to change the sun, and that was how I got that story.

Part of me really wishes King had gone for a sequel to Firestarter rather than The Shining.

So my guess about Dragaera was wrong -- and I bookmarked your Pern story as one I enjoyed and wanted to reread. But I didn't suspect you at all on that one, though in retrospect I should have.
