Reviews for His Magical Pet would be awesome too but at least it has some as opposed to NONE.

If you're wondering why only Her Magical Pet has a paperback edition, it's because I am now on my eighth go-round with Amazon trying to get them to approve it. It isn't any sort of content-related thing, it's just Amazon being Amazon and finding new and bizarre technical rules I've broken - all of which also apply to Her. Anyway, it is forthcoming. Eventually. Probably.

GAH my last go-round with Amazon over paperbacks was discovering that they changed something in their computer system and now the original image you upload has to be set specifically to 300ppi.

I mean, honestly the ppi (pixels per inch) doesn't matter as long as you have the correct number of pixels because you can always set the printer to print at 300ppi, but I guess enough people who didn't understand resolution were uploading web-resolution jpgs at 72ppi that Amazon changed it to require 300ppi to increase the chances of getting the cover resolution right.

Not that they TOLD anybody of this change. Or put in ane rror message that actually SAID what the problem was. I had to figure it out with a client over the course of two hours spent with me changing various factors and them uploading, taking screenshots of the error message (or no error message but the cover looking weird), and then me changing based on what I thought the problem might be.

Anyway, it is forthcoming. Eventually. Probably.

Question: Are these beauties going to be in the amazon marketplace exclusively forever, or is there another platform I can buy them on?

(Amazon locked me out of my account and hundreds of book and audiobook purchases a couple of years ago and I ragequit to kobo.)

If it will let me--and I have huge gripes because it no longer lets me review Aster Glenn Gray's stuff--I can do it, either right away (having read your story and hers) or after I've read a few more--which would you prefer (assuming, as I say, that it lets me).
