All the Fishes Come Home to Roost: an American Misfit in India" is about to be officially released in trade paperback for $14.95, but some stores may have already put it on the shelves.

I will be interviewed for one hour tomorrow (Tuesday October 3) by Julie Motz on "Force and Feeling" on 90.5 KWMR, broadcasting out of Marin county, Bay Area, California.

I have been told that the Santa Barbara News-Press (the local paper, currently under an enormous cloud of scandal over the new owner forcing journalists to write to her decree) had an article on the Book Festival yesterday which was illustrated with a color photo of myself. No, it is not available online, nor have I seen it. My Dad, who was there when the photo was taken, tells me that I look cute and that he thinks the photographer had a little crush on me.

I saw in it my local ABA-affiliated indie bookstore just today and it made me really happy. (In the travel section, but at least they recommend it to people...)
